To se v praxi \u010dasto ned\u011bje otev\u0159en\u011b podle pravidel, ale pr\u00e1v\u011b p\u0159es ukon\u010den\u00ed smlouvy a nab\u00eddku nov\u00e9 za vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed cenu. N\u00e1jemn\u00edci pak stoj\u00ed p\u0159ed jednoduchou volbou: bu\u010f souhlasit, nebo se st\u011bhovat.<br><br>V po\u0159adu zazn\u011bly i odpov\u011bdi na dal\u0161\u00ed praktick\u00e9 ot\u00e1zky \u2013 nap\u0159\u00edklad jak je to s kauc\u00ed, kdo m\u00e1 \u0159e\u0161it opravy z\u00e1vad v byt\u011b, jak funguje p\u0159ihl\u00e1\u0161en\u00ed k trval\u00e9mu pobytu nebo jak je to se zv\u00ed\u0159aty v byt\u011b.
