Ne v\u0161echny jsou skute\u010dn\u011b pr\u00e1zdn\u00e9 (jsou vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1ny nap\u0159. k&nbsp;rekreaci), ale u\u017e v minul\u00fdch letech Ministerstvo pro m\u00edstn\u00ed rozvoj upozor\u0148ovalo, \u017ee zhruba 200 tis\u00edc byt\u016f v bytov\u00fdch domech m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt dlouhodob\u011b nevyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1no. Ve velk\u00fdch m\u011bstech jde o des\u00edtky tis\u00edc byt\u016f \u2013 nap\u0159\u00edklad v Praze kolem 60\u201365 tis\u00edc.<br><br>Pr\u00e1v\u011b tyto byty p\u0159edstavuj\u00ed potenci\u00e1l, kter\u00fd by mohl pomoci zm\u00edrnit tlak na n\u00e1jemn\u00ed bydlen\u00ed v relativn\u011b kr\u00e1tk\u00e9m \u010dase. Pro srovn\u00e1n\u00ed: v \u010cesk\u00e9 republice se ro\u010dn\u011b stav\u00ed zhruba 30 tis\u00edc byt\u016f, tak\u017ee objem dlouhodob\u011b nevyu\u017e\u00edvan\u00fdch byt\u016f odpov\u00edd\u00e1 p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b n\u011bkolika let\u016fm v\u00fdstavby. Jednou z nich jsou zdlouhav\u00e9 spory. D\u00e1v\u00e1 smysl otev\u0159\u00edt debatu o zaveden\u00ed arbitra pro n\u00e1jemn\u00ed vztahy, kter\u00fd by umo\u017enil \u0159e\u0161it b\u011b\u017en\u00e9 konflikty rychle, p\u0159edv\u00eddateln\u011b a bez nutnosti j\u00edt k soudu.
