Tento program je financov\u00e1n \u010d\u00e1stkou 7 miliard korun a je zam\u011b\u0159en na v\u00fdstavbu nov\u00fdch byt\u016f, rekonstrukci nebo n\u00e1kup ji\u017e existuj\u00edc\u00edch bytov\u00fdch dom\u016f. O podporu mohou \u017e\u00e1dat obce, kraje, neziskov\u00e9 organizace a dal\u0161\u00ed pr\u00e1vnick\u00e9 osoby, co\u017e umo\u017e\u0148uje zapojen\u00ed ve\u0159ejn\u00e9ho i soukrom\u00e9ho sektoru do \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed bytov\u00e9 krize.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jedn\u00edm z hlavn\u00edch p\u0159\u00ednos\u016f programu je kombinace dotac\u00ed a zv\u00fdhodn\u011bn\u00fdch \u00fav\u011br\u016f, kter\u00e9 mohou pokr\u00fdt a\u017e 90 % n\u00e1klad\u016f na realizaci projekt\u016f. Podm\u00ednkou je, \u017ee byty mus\u00ed slou\u017eit jako dostupn\u00e9 n\u00e1jemn\u00ed bydlen\u00ed po dobu minim\u00e1ln\u011b 20 let a n\u00e1jemn\u00e9 nesm\u00ed p\u0159ekro\u010dit n\u00e1kladov\u00e9 n\u00e1jemn\u00e9, stanoven\u00e9 p\u0159\u00edslu\u0161n\u00fdmi p\u0159edpisy. N\u00e1jemn\u00ed smlouva k bytu, se bude uzav\u00edrat na dobu ur\u010ditou v d\u00e9lce alespo\u0148 1 roku, nejd\u00e9le v\u0161ak 2 let. P\u0159i prodlou\u017een\u00ed doby n\u00e1jmu, nebo dojde-li k uzav\u0159en\u00ed nov\u00e9 n\u00e1jemn\u00ed smlouvy s t\u00fdm\u017e n\u00e1jemcem, bude n\u00e1jem na dobu ur\u010ditou v d\u00e9lce 2 let.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C\u00edlov\u00fdmi skupinami programu jsou p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm n\u00edzkop\u0159\u00edjmov\u00e9 dom\u00e1cnosti, lid\u00e9 v bytov\u00e9 nouzi, mlad\u00ed lid\u00e9, studenti a zam\u011bstnanci ve\u0159ejn\u00fdch slu\u017eeb.
